1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using any DYNAMIA STUDIO experience ("DYNAMIA", "we"), including FlipTale, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

2. What the service is

DYNAMIA sells personalized interactive digital experiences. FlipTale is a memory-matching game generated from photos and dedications you provide, delivered as a unique web access link.

3. Eligibility and content involving minors

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to purchase an experience. If the photos you upload include minors (for example, for a child's birthday), you represent that you have the consent of the applicable parent or legal guardian.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include a one-time payment per experience. Payments are securely processed through Stripe; DYNAMIA never receives or stores your full card details.

5. Your content (photos and dedications)

You retain all rights to the photos and text you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them solely within your personalized experience. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any photo you upload, including the consent of any people shown in it where applicable.

6. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we generate your experience and deliver a unique link. You are responsible for keeping and sharing that link carefully, since anyone with access to it can view the content.

7. Refunds

Because this is a personalized digital product generated on demand, purchases are non-refundable once the link has been delivered, except where a technical error attributable to DYNAMIA prevents access to the experience. Contact support if this happens.

8. Acceptable use

You may not upload illegal or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party copyright, or material that exploits or harms minors. We reserve the right to suspend any experience that violates this policy.

9. DYNAMIA's intellectual property

The DYNAMIA brand, the FlipTale name, the site design, and the software that powers them are the property of DYNAMIA STUDIO and may not be reproduced without authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

DYNAMIA is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "updated" date on this page.
